Frequently asked questions
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. The watermark is added in your browser and the PDF never leaves your device. It also works offline once the page has loaded.
Does the text support accents?
Yes. The font (Inter) is embedded in the PDF, so letters such as “é”, “ç” or “ñ” show correctly in any PDF reader. Other scripts (for example, Chinese) aren’t supported yet and show as “?”.
Can I use my company logo?
Yes. Choose “Image” and use a PNG or JPG file. A PNG with a transparent background gives the best result.
Can the watermark be removed later?
The watermark is drawn on the pages like any other content. It makes the document harder to reuse, but it isn’t absolute protection: someone with a PDF editor could try to delete it.
Can I watermark only some pages?
Yes. Under “Pages”, choose “Range” and type, for example, 1-3, 5. The other pages stay as they were.
