Cookie policy

In short

MovaDoc doesn’t use cookies: no advertising, analytics or social media cookies, and none to make the site work. There are no visitor analytics tools. That’s why no cookie consent banner appears.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser and that the browser sends back to the server on every visit. Cookies are often used to recognize you or to count your visits.

What we store in your browser

Some choices are kept in your browser’s local storage (localStorage). Unlike cookies, this data is never sent to any server, not even ours: it stays on your device.

• movadoc-theme: your theme preference (light or dark), if you choose one.
• movadoc.recipes.v1: the recipes you save and the example recipes you choose to hide. A recipe stores the tools and the options of each step (including the text of a watermark), never files or passwords.

They only serve functions you ask for (remembering your theme and saving your recipes), so they don’t require consent.

Cloudflare security checks

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Exceptionally, if Cloudflare detects suspicious traffic and shows a security check, it may store a technical cookie that is strictly necessary for that protection (for example, “cf_clearance”). That cookie is not used to track you or for advertising.

How to delete it

You can delete each recipe in “My recipes”. To delete everything this site has stored in your browser, clear the site’s data in your browser settings (for example, under “Clear browsing data” or “Cookies and site data”).

Future changes

Today MovaDoc has no ads, no user accounts and no artificial intelligence features. If it ever has any of these, this policy will be updated before they arrive and, if cookies that require it are used, we will ask for your consent before storing them.
