Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. The pages are rendered in your browser and the PDF never leaves your device.
Which resolution should I choose?
150 dpi is fine for screens and most uses. 300 dpi is for printing and makes larger files. 72 dpi is the lightest, for previews.
JPG or PNG?
JPG makes smaller files and suits photos. PNG keeps full quality and suits text, tables and drawings, but the files are larger.
What are the files called?
Each image has the PDF name and the page number, for example “report-page-01.jpg”. With several pages, the images come together in a ZIP.
Can I turn the images back into a PDF?
Yes. At the end, choose “Images to PDF” under “Continue with another tool”. The images go straight there, without uploading anything again.
